Andrew Brackin is a Partner at Gradient Ventures. Prior to Gradient, Andrew co-founded Vial, a tech-enabled clinical trial platform that raised over $100M in venture capital from top-tier firms. Prior to Vial, he was part of the founding team and the Head of Growth at Newfront (YC W18), an AI-powered commercial insurance brokerage valued at $2.2BN, insuring numerous Fortune 500 companies. His career began at Jobr, a mobile job search business that Monster.com acquired in 2016.

Andrew was a 2013 recipient of the Thiel Fellowship. Outside of work, he loves reading about global affairs, working out at Barry’s Bootcamp, and enjoying live music.

Nuno Goncalves Pedro (https://www.nunogoncalvespedro.com/) is the founder and managing partner of Chamaeleon, a VC firm with a unique disruptive operating model and an AI, quantitative & technology platform - Mantis - developed and maintained fully in-house to augment its deal sourcing, due diligence, risk, portfolio management and liquidation activities, among others. While based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Firm also has offices in Europe, as well, and it focuses on series Seed and Series A investing. Nuno is particularly focused on consumer and consumer-like start-ups, e.g. gaming and social, as well as horizontal SaaS, e.g. consumerized Enterprise and bottom-up SaaS.
Before this, Nuno founded and was the managing partner of Strive Capital, the first quant VC firm in the US and in the San Francisco Bay area. The firm focused on consumer and enterprise software, with investments in DraftKings (IPO), Robinhood (IPO), Ohmconnect (Merger Google), Rubrik (IPO), Gusto, App Annie (Sold), Enish (IPO), Virta Health, among others.
He is the co-founder and co-host of decipheredshow.com, a top 2.5% podcast, globally, across all verticals, and the creator of the “Rejection & Adversity as a path to Growth” methodology (bit.ly/3badkvb). Nuno has served and continues to serve as a board member, advisor and coach to various start-ups, corporations and nonprofits in the US, Europe and Asia.
Nuno was a Senior Expert and member of APAC Technology, Media & Telecom leadership team for McKinsey, where he created impact for Fortune 500 clients, including consumer electronics, network equipment, carriers/operators, Internet players, sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds. Nuno was previously the Head of Strategy, Product, Corporate & Business Development for the GSM Association, where he created and executed, at its inception, the blueprint that led to the GSM Association becoming the leading non-profit for Mobile, as well as the top trade association, globally.
Nuno is a guest lecturer on product management and growth at Stanford GSB, and Haas School of Business and School of Engineering, University of California Berkeley. He is also a guest lecturer on Venture Capital and innovation topics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the College of Engineering of the University of California Berkeley. Nuno is an alumnus of Stanford, London Business School, and other world-renowned organizations.

Jonah Surkes joined Generation Investment Management in 2021 and is a member of the Growth Equity strategy team, serving as an Investment Director. Previously, Jonah was an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co.​

Bailey Dickey is the SVP Networks at Notable Capital, where she leads strategy and execution for business development, network expansion, and portfolio community engagement. To support founders and their companies as they scale, Bailey co-created Founders + Leaders, a leadership development platform for portfolio companies. Prior to joining Notable, Bailey built sales, marketing, and professional services teams at Medallia and worked with SPMB, a tech-focused search firm, on executive-level placements in venture-backed companies. Bailey holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

Keshia is one of BDev Ventures' Partners. Previously, she served as the VP of Investment, leading BDev Ventures in backing more than 50 startups globally, including high-growth Silicon Valley companies such as Pinata Rent, MGT Insurance, and Pipo Health. Under her leadership, 25% of the firm’s portfolio companies achieved markups. Her strategic vision and hands-on support have helped founders scale quickly and responsibly.

David Grenetz is the SVP of IT at Notable Capital, where he is responsible for cybersecurity, technology, and knowledge sharing. Prior to joining Notable, David was an IT Consultant to venture capital firms in the Bay Area and Boston. When he’s not traveling the world with his wife and kids, David is searching for creative technology solutions to everyday challenges. David holds a B.S. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Based in Vienna, Lukas has been a part of Speedinvest since 2015. As the company’s deal flow manager, he is making sure that the thousands of leads which enter Speedinvest’s system every quarter are processed properly. His daily work with a host of data points also enables him to generate complex reports on our deal flow and beyond.

A Vienna native, Lukas also lived in Virginia Beach and London. He studied Economics and History and holds a Master’s degree in History with a special focus on global topics.

When not crunching numbers for Speedinvest, Lukas spends his time studying his favorite subject, the History of ideas and how the past shapes our understanding of the present and the future alike.

Kyle specializes in boosting early sales for Gradient portfolio companies, offering both tactical support in closing deals and support establishing effective sales processes. He also provides strategic insights on sales team expansion and market positioning, playing a pivotal role in scaling startups from zero to over $1M in revenue.

Previously, Kyle worked on Google’s enterprise sales team, where he helped large customers drive revenue across advertising products and tech platforms. Before that, Kyle led Sales and Customer Success teams at startups and big companies, including building a B2B SaaS startup from $0 to $18M in ARR. He holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College.

Away from work, Kyle is passionate about outdoor activities, often found running, biking, and skiing in Boulder, CO, with his wife and two sons.

Sam Campbell is an Investor at Samsung Next, where he is focused on AI, Health, and crypto. His recent investments include Saga, Science IO, Manifold, & LayerZero. Previously he was at Stanford Management Company where he supported portfolios with over 1,000+ venture capital portfolio companies across sectors and stage.

Jinny Lee is leading Venture Operations at Samsung Next, where she leads portfolio management for over 350+ companies at the Samsung Next Fund. Prior to joining Next, she was a Senior Consultant in EY Korea's digital transformation team, advising clients on strategy and operational excellence.

David Hefter leads BlackRock’s internal AI strategy and adoption for investments, working across public and private markets. He chairs the AI governance committee and produces a weekly internal AI Newsletter. With over two decades experience at BlackRock, David has been driving AI initiatives for the past 5 years, having studied computer science and AI at Columbia University.

Ben Docksteader is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Affinity overseeing our API and Developer Platforms. Ben has previously founded start-ups and participated in a number of acquisitions including Influitive, where he worked as Director of Product & Engineering from 2016 to 2024. His early career included participation in The Next 36, a program aimed at fostering high-impact entrepreneurship in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Jamie Shafer is an experienced professional in product management and financial services, currently serving as Director of Product Management. Joining Affinity just after Series B, Jamie has touched nearly all parts of the CRM product (Lists, Profiles, Search, Notes, Permissions, Collaborators), led product strategy for new market entry, and even served as CSM for our first Enterprise customers. Prior to Affinity.co, Jamie spent nearly a decade at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where she led Client Solutions for Private Equity & Venture Capital, among other strategic objectives for the expert network.

Jamie's career also includes positions at Wells Fargo and various research roles, with educational credentials featuring a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and International Studies from the College of Charleston.

Rebecca Campbell is CTO at Affinity, where she’s evolving the platform’s tech stack and championing high-performance engineering. Andy Bryson is the CPO of Product at Affinity. Over the last 20+ years, Andy has built and lead product, data science, design, growth, and engineering functions at B2B SaaS and consumer companies with most of this experience in scaling startups and integrating businesses post acquisition.

Ken started his career as an engineer/physicist within the US Navy. Since then, he’s been a growth-stage B2B SaaS specialist helping to successfully grow multiple companies to IPO and acquisition. Ken is a former Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Operating Officer and multi-time CEO. Ken has engineering degrees from RPI and Virginia Tech and an MBA from Stanford where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
