Alec McNiff

Alec McNiff is a senior manager based out of Bessemer's New York City office, where he focuses on solutions, process design, and data insights for the operations team.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Alec held various positions across go-to-market, product, and operations at Catalant, a consulting and SaaS startup. He has also worked at Kraft Heinz and Bank of America.

Alec earned his BA in social studies and graduated with honors from Harvard College. During his undergraduate studies, he also helped launch a hardware startup. In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling, playing tennis and golf, and trying out new outdoor activities.

Bailey Dickey is the SVP Networks at Notable Capital, where she leads strategy and execution for business development, network expansion, and portfolio community engagement. To support founders and their companies as they scale, Bailey co-created Founders + Leaders, a leadership development platform for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Notable, Bailey built sales, marketing, and professional services teams at Medallia and worked with SPMB, a tech-focused search firm, on executive-level placements in venture-backed companies. Bailey holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

He chairs the AI governance committee and produces a weekly internal AI Newsletter. With over two decades experience at BlackRock, David has been driving AI initiatives for the past 5 years, having studied computer science and AI at Columbia University.

Udai joined FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Prior to Two Sigma Impact, he served as an investment manager at Potentia Capital in Sydney, Australia. In this role, he was actively involved in transaction sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management across software, technology and technology-enabled services businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Udai previously worked at UBS AG in Sydney, Australia, as a director in the Investment Banking Division. He also has experience with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in international development, as well as with SGI Frontier Capital, in frontier markets investing.

Udai earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
