Rebecca Campbell is CTO at Affinity, where she’s evolving the platform’s tech stack and championing high-performance engineering. With 10+ years of scaling teams—from VP roles at New Relic and leading engineering at Mural to co-founding the caregiving app Caregiven—she combines enterprise and startup expertise to drive innovation.


Ryan Bateman is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Sands Capital, where he has led technology strategy and cybersecurity since 2011. Before joining Sands Capital, he held senior technology roles at Ipreo and FBR Capital Markets, including directing global sales, trading, and equity capital markets systems.


Udai joined FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Prior to Two Sigma Impact, he served as an investment manager at Potentia Capital in Sydney, Australia. In this role, he was actively involved in transaction sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management across software, technology and technology-enabled services businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Udai previously worked at UBS AG in Sydney, Australia, as a director in the Investment Banking Division. He also has experience with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in international development, as well as with SGI Frontier Capital, in frontier markets investing.
Udai earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.


Keshia is one of BDev Ventures' Partners. Previously, she served as the VP of Investment, leading BDev Ventures in backing more than 50 startups globally, including high-growth Silicon Valley companies such as Pinata Rent, MGT Insurance, and Pipo Health. Under her leadership, 25% of the firm’s portfolio companies achieved markups. Her strategic vision and hands-on support have helped founders scale quickly and responsibly.
Keshia was recently named a 2025 Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. This annual award honors women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and community impact across Silicon Valley.


Based in Vienna, Lukas has been a part of Speedinvest since 2015. As the company’s deal flow manager, he is making sure that the thousands of leads which enter Speedinvest’s system every quarter are processed properly. His daily work with a host of data points also enables him to generate complex reports on our deal flow and beyond.
A Vienna native, Lukas also lived in Virginia Beach and London. He studied Economics and History and holds a Master’s degree in History with a special focus on global topics.
When not crunching numbers for Speedinvest, Lukas spends his time studying his favorite subject, the History of ideas and how the past shapes our understanding of the present and the future alike.
