Jamie Shafer is an experienced professional in product management and financial services, currently serving as Director of Product Management. Joining Affinity just after Series B, Jamie has touched nearly all parts of the CRM product (Lists, Profiles, Search, Notes, Permissions, Collaborators), led product strategy for new market entry, and even served as CSM for our first Enterprise customers. Prior to Affinity.co, Jamie spent nearly a decade at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where she led Client Solutions for Private Equity & Venture Capital, among other strategic objectives for the expert network.
Jamie's career also includes positions at Wells Fargo and various research roles, with educational credentials featuring a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and International Studies from the College of Charleston.


Bailey Dickey is the SVP Networks at Notable Capital, where she leads strategy and execution for business development, network expansion, and portfolio community engagement. To support founders and their companies as they scale, Bailey co-created Founders + Leaders, a leadership development platform for portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Notable, Bailey built sales, marketing, and professional services teams at Medallia and worked with SPMB, a tech-focused search firm, on executive-level placements in venture-backed companies. Bailey holds a B.A. from Colgate University.


Keshia is one of BDev Ventures' Partners. Previously, she served as the VP of Investment, leading BDev Ventures in backing more than 50 startups globally, including high-growth Silicon Valley companies such as Pinata Rent, MGT Insurance, and Pipo Health. Under her leadership, 25% of the firm’s portfolio companies achieved markups. Her strategic vision and hands-on support have helped founders scale quickly and responsibly.
Keshia was recently named a 2025 Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. This annual award honors women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and community impact across Silicon Valley.


Jinny Lee is leading Venture Operations at Samsung Next, where she leads portfolio management for over 350+ companies at the Samsung Next Fund. Prior to joining Next, she was a Senior Consultant in EY Korea's digital transformation team, advising clients on strategy and operational excellence.
